About the event

There is no secret there is a link between a successfully run business and a successful sporting organization. There are similarities and often the two will lean on each other for ideas. The StMary’s Football Club is one of the most successful sporting clubs in Australian sport. 32 premierships in 63 years is a record like no other. Ricky also speaks at the annual AFL Coaches Conference on Coaching with Technology.

Ricky specializes in visual learning. Learning through vision. An area he believes can be translated into the business world.

After a successful playing career, Ricky turned to coaching, Firstly through NT Thunder, then returning to the StMary’s Football club five season ago. Join him as he shares the secrets on Visual Learning, Leadership, working with the millennial generation and how to empower a group to all work in the same direction for the ultimate success.

History says StMary’s Football Club win a championship every second year. The last 5 years they are winning at 80%. Join Ricky and find out why it is well above normal trend even for such a successful club and how to implement these cultures into your workplace.
